Let’s take a deep dive into Hispanic and Latin American deliciousness as we begin to celebrate the foods of this culture in Disney! From September 15-October 15th, Disneyland and Disney World Resorts will be featuring some mouth-watering dishes and you can find a more detailed look in this Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Foodie Guide.
How about we start with Mexican Street Corn: Elote on the cob, lime, mayo, cotija cheese, chile-lime seasoning, and cilantro at Disney Springs followed by Torta Cubana: Breaded steak, sliced ham, panela cheese, jalapeño mayo, guacatillo sauce, beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and Julienne onions on a grilled bolillo in Disneyland. Then we can hop back over to Florida and finish our meal with the cutest Encanto Cupcake: Guava and dulce de leche cupcake at Animal Kingdom and wash it all down with a Blackberry Caipiroska: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Minute Maid Lemonade, strawberries, blackberry syrup, and frosted mint syrup at Connections. This meal is surely “good enough to fill a hollow tooth!”, as my Granny used to say.
And…..how adorable is this celebratory Coco Floral Skull Sipper! Available at the following locations:
